My question is about tip augmentation rhinoplasty. My tip is very narrow and under projected, would a tip augmentation be ideal? Can I send you pictures of my nose?

Answer

With regards to the ideal shape, this is a very personal aspect and only you can decide. At the time of a consultation I would typically try to evaluate using computer imaging and simulation what it is that you would like to achieve and formulate a treatment plan.

I would be happy to have a look at your photographs, but in essence they are not a replacement for a proper consultation.
