When I turn 18, am I able to have buccal fat reduction?

Question

I am 17 going on 18 in a couple months. I have always had chubby lower cheeks, it is not because of my age as my mother has them too, nor is it due to my shape as I have a body fat percentage of about 12% and am reasonably athletic.

I am aware you only treat 18's and over, my question is this: when I turn 18, am I able to have buccal fat reduction performed on my face and then pay in monthly instalments at all?

Are there any other payment plans available if I am unable to pay in full up front?

Answer

It is indeed possible to have the surgery after the age of 18, but I would still encourage you to involve your apparent is in the decision, as support through surgery and recovery is always beneficial.

Typically, using computer imaging in 3-D, it is possible to evaluate the characteristics of the change that you seek and decide whether surgery is a suitable approach or indeed whether other treatments might be more appropriate.

With regards to payment plans, I'm afraid that for the time being I do not have an option to do so.
