Question

I am 27, and when I was 17 I had a nose job.

Now I am feeling that I want another one. Is this safe?

Does it increase the chances of getting an undesirable result?

Answer

Statistically, the revision rates for secondary rhinoplasty interventions are relatively similar to primary operations.

To some extent, your question would be best answered precedent after a consultation where you have defined your targets for change, allowing me to formulate a surgical plan.

I could therefore highlight the potential risks more specifically, and allow you to decide whether it is agreeable to you or not.
