Question

I had a septoplasty performed when I was 18. I am now 29 and would like to have a further nose job to correct the size (it is still out of proportion for my face). My question is, would I be able to have a second successful operation on my nose?

Answer

An aesthetic procedure for the nose is possible following septoplasty, but there are some considerations related to how much septal cartilage is still present, and your target for change.

It would be possible to evaluate more accurately at the time of a consultation, and indeed a copy of your operation record would also be helpful.
