Would you ever carry out rhinoplasty on a girl before she is 18?
I would refrain from cosmetic rhinoplasty earlier than 18 as the base continues to change at the relatively fast rate during the teenage years. With the planning for the surgical interventions and very much with planning for rhinoplasty, the computer simulation reflects alterations that follow the context of the facial shape.
