The intervention combined jaw angle implants and anterior neck lift, without skin tightening, but involving reduction in the superficial and deep fatty tissue layers of the neck, production of the lower part of the submandibular glands for increased contrast between the jaw line and the neck, and anterior platysmaplasty (tightening of the platysma muscles under the next skin) to increase the definition of the neck angle.
