Question

This blonde lady, six pics up (Primary open tip rhinoplasty for increased tip definition) is almost identical to my nose and my expectations after surgery. I have a big problem with my profile and feel that you could be the surgeon to help me.

Answer

I would be happy to see you in consultation, and analyse the plan for treatment using either 2D or 3-D simulation.

Do bear in mind though that the results of the surgery are never identical to the computer plan, but can come close.
