How can I lift my jaws and tighten around that area and neck at the age of 53?

Answer

Facelift possibly associated with more extensive neck lift targets that type of improvements that you are describing. There are different types of interventions, specifically designed to deal with various degrees of problems, and to allow the quickest and most straightforward recovery for each scenario.

I tend to favour using 3-D imaging and simulation to detail the type of changes that you would like to achieve and based on this to design the surgical procedure customised for your requirements.
