Question

I am distressed by the hollows in my tear troughs which have emerged over the past couple of years and I feel that make me look tired and old.

I would like to get this corrected and understand that fat transfer is the best option, as I have lost quite a lot of volume.

Is this a procedure you can advise on?

Answer

I have also found that fat transfer has a very good ability to improve the appearance of the tear trough region, and the degree of correction is probably best tailored to your general features.

I would be happy to see you in consultation and evaluate using computer imaging in 3-D the degree of changes that you seek to achieve, and formulate a treatment plan.
